Founding Director

Sam Burroughs

With nearly 20 years’ experience in the prime and super‑prime refurbishment sector, Sam brings a rare blend of hands‑on trade knowledge and senior‑level project leadership.

Sam has successfully delivered luxury residential refurbishments, prestigious hotel projects, and highly bespoke one‑off schemes.

His project experience includes working alongside some of the industry’s most respected names, including BECK, Candy & Candy, Walter Lilly, and London Projects.

Director

James Cox

James has over 20 years experience specialising in high-end residential and hotel fit-out projects, holding positions with BECK Interiors and Morgan Rae, and collaborating with leading architects and interior designers including RSA, Purcell, 1508 London, and PYR.

James is highly skilled in managing programme, design coordination, trades, and budgets, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
